Continuation of business operations at Dethloff & Lange GmbH secured – takeover by international investor successfully completed
Dethloff & Lange GmbH is a well-established mechanical engineering company based in Neubukow, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Since its foundation in 2002, the company has specialised in the construction of special machines, stainless steel processing, and the manufacturing of precision parts. It supplies customers in the aerospace industry, food industry, and research projects. With a team of just under 30 employees and many years of industry experience, it is a reliable partner for sophisticated industrial manufacturing solutions.
Due to market difficulties, the company’s management was compelled to initiate insolvency proceedings. The proceedings were initiated in May 2025 by the Rostock Local Court, which appointed Ms. Ulrike Hoge-Peters as the responsible insolvency administrator. The aim of the proceedings was to secure business operations and jobs through a transferable restructuring.
As part of a structured and accelerated M&A process, an experienced strategic investor was identified in the Amerinac Group. The acquisition of the company’s assets was completed on 1 August 2025, as part of an asset deal. The buyer contributes extensive knowledge in the areas of industrial manufacturing and project management. I am pleased to inform you that all jobs have been retained, and so customers will continue to be served by the existing team.
Centuros GmbH provided comprehensive support to the parties involved throughout the entire M&A process, ensuring the successful completion of the transaction. We are pleased to have played a role in this significant step toward the continuation of business operations and wish all parties involved every success in the future.
