On October 28, 2019, the company applied to the Neustadt an der Weinstrasse district court for restructuring in self-administration, whereupon the regular proceedings were opened on January 1, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>As of May 1, 2021, the second business area, the Schleipen paper mill (graphic papers) will also find a new investor as part of an asset deal. This produces a wide range of high-quality papers for the graphic sector. Operations will continue and almost all 86 jobs will be retained. Centuros supported the self-administration (BBL Rechtsanw\u00e4lte) and the administrator Thomas Rittmeister (Reimer Rechtsanw\u00e4lte) exclusively in the search for investors as part of an M&amp;A process.<\/p>\n<p>Lenk Paper, based in Kappelrodeck (Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg), is taking over the second division (graphic paper) of Cordier Spezialpapier GmbH as part of an asset deal.
