Durable, innovative and customized mobile business concepts are developed and implemented in the company&#8217;s own production facilities. In addition, an extensive after-sales portfolio is offered at 10 service locations nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>The company filed for insolvency in self-administration at the end of March 2021 at the Walsrode District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Centuros exclusively supported the self-administration (Dr. Rouven Quick | BBL Rechtsanw\u00e4lte &amp; Hagen Biermann | Trentmann) and the administrator Sebastian Ludolfs in the search for investors as part of an M&amp;A process.<\/p>\n<p>The investor consortium &#8220;Bad Company&#8221; around Mr. Renko Schmidt, takes over the business operations of SEICO mobile stores in the context of an asset deal.
