For almost 140 years Menck Fenster has been building individually tailored and energy-efficient wooden windows, doors and facades for the German and international market. By using state-of-the-art CNC production machines, the company is able to manufacture the CO\u00b2 neutral material wood precisely and on time according to customer requirements.<\/p>\n

In April 2022, the company filed for insolvency in self-administration at the Hamburg District Court.<\/p>\n

Centuros supported the self-administration (Mr. Jan Ockelmann |SGP Nord) and the administrator Dr. Tjark Thies (Reimer Rechtsanw\u00e4lte) exclusively in the search for investors within the framework of an M&A process.<\/p>\n

Drinkuth AG takes over the business operations of Menck Fenster GmbH as part of an asset deal. Through a successful takeover, the continued existence of the company at the production site in Wittenf\u00f6rden near Schwerin, as well as 76 jobs, could be saved.<\/p>\n
