Advocado is the largest legal tech platform in Germany that connects customers with lawyers for digital legal assistance. The company employs approximately 38 people at its Greifswald and Berlin offices.<\/p>\n<p>The company filed for insolvency with the Stralsund District Court in June 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Centuros exclusively supported the provisional insolvency administrator Dr. Matthias Gellert (G\u00d6RG lawyers) in the investor process as part of an M&amp;A process.<\/p>\n<p>Legal Tech Lab 22 GmbH, a technology company from the Gansel Group, took over the business operations of advocado GmbH as part of an asset deal.
