Centuros exclusively supported the insolvency administrator Peter-Alexander Borchardt (REIMER Rechtsanw\u00e4lte Partnerschaft mbB) in the investor process as part of an M&A process.
\nIn September, Markt+Technik Verlag GmbH took over parts of Tastillery’s fixed assets and inventories. In an official press release, Christian Braun, Managing Director of Markt+Technik Verlag GmbH, explained: “Due to our passion for the spirits market in general and for the whisky market in particular, Tastillery has long been a household name for us. We were particularly impressed by the range of own brands and distributor goods, such as the wide range of whisky, rum and gin.”
