GLS Gr\u00fcnwald Logistik Service GmbH is a logistics company that has specialized in the storage of preserved foods for over 30 years. It operates two terminals in the Port of Hamburg with a total of around 30,000 square meters of storage space.
\nIn October 2023, GLS Gr\u00fcnwald Logistik Service GmbH filed for insolvency. The Hamburg Local Court appointed lawyer Dominik Montag from R\u00f6mermann Insolvenzverwalter Rechtsanwalts GmbH as insolvency administrator. With the large logistics provider NORDFROST GmbH & Co. KG, an investor has been found who will take over the two locations and the business operations of GLS Gr\u00fcnwald Logistik Service GmbH as part of an asset deal on February 1, 2024. All jobs will be retained.
