The restructuring of the business operations of OFB \u00d6berfl\u00e4chenbearbeitung Kimax has been successfully completed. Centuros exclusively accompanied the investor process.
\nThe company’s business operations will continue under the umbrella of the newly founded E.u.Ro Chrom GmbH as of 01.08.2024. All jobs have been secured. The managing directors of E.u.Ro Chrom GmbH are Mr. Thomas Eperjesi and Mr. Gerd Rothaug.
\nAfter six months of continued operations and the implementation of far-reaching restructuring measures, the restructuring of the company was completed with the approval of the creditors. The insolvency administrator Armin Sch\u00fcrer from Eisbeis Parner was supported by Alexander Solovyanchuk and Benedict-Julian Weber.<\/p>\n
We are pleased that we were able to successfully support the insolvency administrator and the management in this project and wish everyone involved, especially the employees who were taken over, every success for the future.<\/p>\n
