In July 2024, the company was forced to file for insolvency due to market-specific changes and entrepreneurial challenges. Attorney Georg Schloenbach LL.M from the law firm BBL Brockdorff Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH was appointed as insolvency administrator.<\/p>\n
A targeted and accelerated M&A process led to the successful takeover of business operations. PTW Polyurethan-Technik Wagenfeld GmbH, an experienced investor in the industry, acquired the assets as part of an asset deal completed on October 1, 2024.<\/p>\n
