As part of a structured and accelerated investor process, Sicherheit Nord GmbH & Co. KG from Kiel assumed responsibility for all of the company’s operational security staff. The transaction was completed as part of an asset deal, thereby ensuring the ongoing provision of skilled jobs and critical security services.<\/p>\n
Nordwacht Sicherheitsdienst GmbH has a proven track record in the area of property and site surveillance, including for sensitive infrastructure such as military properties. The protection of security-relevant locations, including military facilities, is a key priority in the continuation of operations. This necessitates a swift resolution in the investor process.<\/p>\n
The investor process was initiated immediately by the provisional insolvency administrator Peter-Alexander Borchardt (REIMER Rechtsanw\u00e4lte Partnerschaft mbB) and successfully completed within a few weeks in close cooperation with Centuros Consult GmbH.<\/p>\n
