As part of a transferable restructuring (asset deal), the business operations were successfully taken over by HF Friseurbetrieb GmbH. The transaction will enable the continued operation of all five salons in Hamburg, Hanover, and D\u00fcsseldorf, thereby safeguarding approximately 70 employment opportunities. The takeover ensures the continuity of operational activities and guarantees that customers will continue to receive the same level of service as before. Following the recent corporate restructuring, the “Marlies M\u00f6ller” brand will no longer be pursued.<\/p>\n
