New opportunities and potential in the logistics industry identified and exploited

We are pleased to report that we were able to successfully support another company in identifying and realizing new opportunities to continue business operations.

During the project, which lasted several months, the focus laid particularly on developing new planning scenarios for the future direction of the North Rhine-Westphalian air freight company. The company had previously been acquired by a new investor. After we identified new potential, we supported management in implementing these scenarios.
