D.C. Innovation Group saved – Intergrill GmbH takes over business operations

The D.C. Innovation Group, founded in 2018 and consisting of D.C. Innovation Germany GmbH, webavita GmbH and LILIMO GmbH & Co. KG mainly distributes beach chairs in the DACH region. The group employs 16 people at the Ahrensburg site.

The three companies had filed for insolvency at the Reinbek District Court in September 2022.

Centuros exclusively supported the preliminary insolvency administrator Stephanie Pidun (Baker Tilly Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH) in the investor process as part of an M&A process.

Intergrill GmbH, a trading company (supplier of barbecues and beach chairs) from the Siewert & Kau Group, is taking over the business operations of D.C. Innovation Germany GmbH, webavita GmbH and LILIMO GmbH & Co. KG. The successful takeover has secured the majority of jobs.
