AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH takes over assets of D.A.R. GmbH including all employees

D.A.R. GmbH (Dynamic Arms Research) is a highly specialized company that manufactures sophisticated semi-automatic sporting and hunting rifles individually to customer specifications. Especially sport shooters appreciate the assortment of D.A.R. GmbH and its reliable quality “Made in Germany”.

In April 2023, the management of D.A.R. filed for insolvency due to the need for a sales realignment. Dr. Christian Heintze LL.M. of the law firm BBL was appointed as insolvency administrator. Centuros exclusively supported Dr. Christian Heintze in the structured M&A process with the objective of the asset deal. AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH finally won the race with its offer, including an attractive future concept for the employees, and took over the assets, the business operations and all employees of D.A.R. GmbH in mid-June.
