DATABAU Holding SE acquires majority stake in MBM Meyer Network Service GmbH

Centuros exclusively supported MBM Meyer Network Service GmbH in the majority shareholding sale process to DATABAU Holding SE, which was successfully completed in May 2024. MBM Meyer Network Service GmbH received legal advice on the sell-side from the law firm Zirngibl Rechtsanwälte. DATABAU Holding SE was advised on the buy-side by the law firm Heuking.
