To this end, we created a liquidity plan for the bankruptcy proceedings and supported the ongoing controlling activities. In addition, we carried out a profitability analysis of individual parts of the company (profit center accounting). Furthermore, we developed a production scenario.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, we oversaw the sale process of the company until its takeover. This included e.g. creating a company brochure, addressing numerous potential investors and implementing the distressed M&amp;A process.
