The District Court of Hamburg appointed Dr. Matthias Wolgast from the law firm M\u00fcnzel &amp; B\u00f6hm as insolvency administrator.<\/p>\n<p>Through an accelerated M&amp;A process, BETTERTRUST was identified as a suitable investor. On January 1, 2025, the asset deal to acquire pryntad\u2019s assets was completed.
