Leisure Cargo sold to Zeitfracht Logistik

As part of a share deal, Air Berlin PLC & Co. Luftverkehrs KG’s shares in Leisure Cargo GmbH were sold by the insolvency administrator to a consortium of investors led by Zeitfracht Logistik GmbH. CENTUROS exclusively advised and supported the investor consortium on this transaction.
