Nordstrom AG biogas portfolio – successfully sold to VNG
We are pleased to report that we were able to successfully accompany the sale of 10 biogas plants from the Nordstrom AG portfolio with an output of 8.5 MW to VNG Balance as an M&A consultant. Many thanks to the Nordstrom team, the VNG team and the lawyers from Goerg Berlin, who advised Nordstrom AG on this transaction.
