Reuther STC – business continuation successfully secured

Reuther STC GmbH, based in Fürstenwalde in Brandenburg, is a manufacturer of steel construction elements for various industries. The core competencies lie in the construction of containers with high pressures and large volumes, the production of winches that are used in shipping, the production of elements for the mining industry, the production of containers for the storage of liquefied gas in private households and companies, as well in the production of components for the wind industry. Reuther currently has 165 employees.

The financial crisis at Reuther STC was triggered by the insolvency of the wind turbine manufacturer Senvion in April 2019. As a result, claims for services already performed and further orders could no longer be fulfilled.

Centuros was successful in supporting the self-administration around Oliver Damerius and Dr. Support Christoph Weber from BBL and the administrator Prof. Torsten Martini in the restructuring of the company.
