Comprehensive continuation solution found for COMPAKT Dienstleistungs GmbH – Successful takeover by the Form Group

COMPAKT Dienstleistungs GmbH, based in Fürstenwalde/Spree and employing over 50 staff, has been known since 1995 as a reliable provider of infrastructural services. The company has established a strong reputation, particularly in the fields of building cleaning, security services, and winter maintenance, and is recognized for its quality, reliability, and customized solutions for a broad range of clients.

At the end of 2024, the company was forced to file for insolvency due to economic challenges, particularly the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Attorney Jörg Wenzel from the law firm Wenzel · Rechtsanwälte · Insolvenzverwalter was appointed as insolvency administrator.

Through a structured and targeted M&A process, a sustainable continuation solution was successfully implemented. The Form Group, an experienced industry player, was identified as the investor and took over business operations via an asset deal completed in Q1 2025.
