SRM Technik successfully acquired by SAMMODE

As part of an asset deal, the business operations of SRM Technik GmbH were sold to the French group SAMMODE. CENTUROS exclusively advised and supported the insolvency administrator of SRM Technik GmbH, Sascha Feies, on this transaction.
