Continuation of Paxlife secured by a consortium of investors

As part of an asset deal, a consortium of investors from Singapore has taken over the business operations and assets of Paxlife GmbH & Co. KG. Paxlife specializes in the development and operation of onboard entertainment systems for larger airlines. Centuros has exclusively advised and supported the insolvency administrator of Paxlife GmbH & Co. KG, Dr. Christian Graf Brockdorff, in this transaction.
