As part of an asset deal, a consortium of investors from the aviation industry has taken over the business operations and assets of Nayak Aircraft Service GmbH & Co. KG. Centuros has exclusively advised and supported the insolvency administrator of Nayak International, Dr. Christoph Niering, in this transaction.
