Another welfare association saved by new viable corporate strategy
During the six months we accompanied the charity organization, we jointly mastered the challenges of high legacy costs, a lack of commercial control and the premature termination of a public contract, which ultimately led to the company’s insolvency.
After completing an IDW S1 and an IDW S6 report, we developed specific measures to increase gross profit and reduce operating costs. We ensured implementation by increasing transparency and improving corporate management and control. We also introduced ongoing commercial monitoring and regular controlling.
The most important part of our task was the development and implementation of a stringent corporate strategy focusing on all relevant business areas. Through our efforts, together with short-term liquidity planning and intensive negotiations, we were able to establish permanent financing for the company.
