Continuation forecast with integrated corporate planning successfully implemented

We are pleased that we were able to successfully support another medium-sized company in working out current and future potentials and opportunities within the construction industry and thus to look into the future with a positive continuation forecast.

During the project, which lasted several months, the focus was on the analysis of the historical and economic development as well as a detailed assessment of the business model based on an industry analysis. In particular, we supported the management in the preparation of an integrated corporate planning. In this context, the focus was on the derivation of future projects based on a list of opportunities. Thanks to the good cooperation, we were able to draw a positive conclusion for the company and the more than twenty employees.
