Continuation of Felasto PUR GmbH & Co. KG’s business operations secured – Successful takeover by PTW Polyurethan-Technik Wagenfeld GmbH

Felasto PUR GmbH & Co. KG has many years of experience in the development, production, and distribution of polyurethane molded parts for construction machinery, including excavators and crawlers, as well as other commercial vehicles. The company’s site in Beverstedt produces tailor-made solutions that meet the highest industry standards for quality and durability.

In July 2024, the company was forced to file for insolvency due to market-specific changes and entrepreneurial challenges. Attorney Georg Schloenbach LL.M from the law firm BBL Brockdorff Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH was appointed as insolvency administrator.

A targeted and accelerated M&A process led to the successful takeover of business operations. PTW Polyurethan-Technik Wagenfeld GmbH, an experienced investor in the industry, acquired the assets as part of an asset deal completed on October 1, 2024.
