Thanks to our many years of experience, we were able to support the realignment and the continuation of operations of the medium-sized company Havelländische Zink-Druckguss GmbH & Co. KG during its insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, we supervised the handover to a new investor.

The continuation of operations in the ongoing insolvency proceedings was the top priority during the project at the Brandenburg company. In this context, the focus laid in particular on liquidity planning. In addition, our focus was on the ongoing, insolvency-specific reporting and inventory valuation. In close cooperation with the insolvency administrator and the realigned management, our team succeeded in ensuring the continuation of the company until the successful transaction of business operations with a new investor.
