Holistic consulting for one of the leading biogas portfolios in Germany shows success!

We have been supporting one of the largest biogas plant portfolios in Germany since 2016. After the holding company’s bankruptcy, restructuring reports were drawn up for a large number of operating companies. Based on this, we implemented ongoing commercial support for the portfolio  organizations and a continuous planning update including complex scenario calculations. Thanks to our careful preparatory work, we were able to ensure the stabilization of the operating companies and their long-term financing.

The final goal of our efforts was to sell the holding company to an investor. In the course of the asset deal with a financial investor, we supported the holding company in the vendor due diligence – among other things in the preparation of plans and various evaluations for all portfolio companies.
