MKCP acquires Hansa Vital

M&A

MKCP acquires Hansa Vital

Since 1992, Hansa Vital has been producing high-quality nutritional supplements for companies from various healthcare sectors at its Hamburg site. Hansa Vital produces shakes, instant powders and other various powder products. In addition, Hansa Vital manufactures chewable tablets in round and convex shapes with weights ranging from 700 to 1500 mg. Furthermore, the product portfolio includes hard gelatine, cellulose, pullulan and enteric-coated capsules, as well as liquids and oils.

Together with the management of Hansa Vital, the TURNER team around the insolvency administrator Ingmar Jarchow was able to stabilize and successfully continue the business operations. In order to secure the future also in the long term, the company was to be sold within the framework of an M&A process. The aim of the transaction was to preserve jobs and business operations.

CENTUROS exclusively accompanied the M&A process and was able to successfully support Hansa Vital and Turner in the sale process. As part of an asset deal, the Hamburg-based family office MKCP is taking over the business operations and all jobs of Hansa Vital through its subsidiary Hansa Vital Supplements GmbH.

We are pleased to have been able to support Hansa Vital and the insolvency administrator in their search for investors and wish Hansa Vital and the acquired employees every success for the future.
