Homeware store URBANARA successfully handed over to new investor – all jobs secured

URBANARA GmbH has been operating an online store for homeware and home accessories since 2011. The focus of the furnishings and textiles on offer is on sustainability and quality, which is why the Berlin-based company can boast a large number of recognized sustainability certificates.

URBANARA GmbH filed for insolvency on 27.07.2023. Friedemann Schade from the Berlin law firm BRL Boege Rohde Luebbehuesen was appointed as insolvency administrator. Centuros provided BRL with exclusive support as part of a structured M&A process.
