The future of Hello Vape GmbH secured

We are pleased to report that we were able to successfully accompany another organization in a structured investment process and thus to ensure its continuation of operations with all employees.

During the project at Hello Vape GmbH, the main focus laid on identifying and addressing potential investors. The Germany wide company with 18 branches and over 70 employees had to file for bankruptcy in February 2020 due to the short-term failure of external financing. Sebastian Laboga from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been appointed preliminary insolvency administrator of the company by the Charlottenburg District Court. In close cooperation with the insolvency administrator and the management of Hello Vape GmbH – after successfully approaching investors and negotiating with several interested parties – we succeeded in handing the company over to a new owner in the form of an asset deal. The company will be continued in full and all shops and jobs will be preserved.
