Möbelcreative GmbH and DERKORB GmbH are taken over by Blue Outdoors GmbH

Möbelcreative GmbH and DERKORB GmbH are companies that specialize in the sale of beach chairs and accessories. In addition to the sale of beach models, the companies also offer individual combinations and advice for customers. At the end of 2023, the company filed for insolvency due to a difficult overall economic situation.
Centuros exclusively supported the insolvency administrator Thorben Langhinrichs (BRL BOEGE ROHDE LUEBBEHUESEN Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern mbB) in the investor process as part of an M&A process.
In March 2024, Blue Outdoors GmbH took over parts of the fixed assets and inventories of Möbelcreative and DERKORB. The successful takeover secured all jobs.
