Urgent financing for agricultural company secured

Thanks to our extensive experience in the agricultural sector, we were able to guarantee the liquidity of one of Europe‘s top players in the agricultural industry. In cooperation with the management, we also managed to raise new funding.

The decisive factor for the success of the project, which lasted several months, was, among other things, the preparation of an IDW S6 report, which confirmed the continuation of operations and clearly presented the requirements for a renovation concept in all its facets. In addition, we implemented a CRO  in close cooperation with the debtors and the management of the Brandenburg company. Ultimately, we also supported the company in raising new financing.
