Business operations of SOLYTIC GmbH rescued – takeover by S.E.E. Servicegesellschaft Erneuerbare Energien mbH successfully completed

SOLYTIC GmbH, which specializes in the digitalization and optimization of photovoltaic systems, offers intelligent software solutions and comprehensive monitoring tools to help operators maximize the performance and efficiency of their solar systems. By providing real-time data and detailed analyses, SOLYTIC supports the optimization and monitoring of photovoltaic systems.

Due to unfavorable macroeconomic and customer-specific developments, the company had to file for insolvency proceedings at the end of July 2024. In the course of the proceedings, attorney Gordon Garz from the law firm White & Case was appointed as insolvency administrator. As part of an accelerated M&A process, PV SECURE (S.E.E. Servicegesellschaft Erneuerbare Energien mbH), an experienced partner in the photovoltaic and storage industry with over 20 years of market experience, has now been acquired as an investor.
