Successful transfer of a textile retailer to new investors

We are pleased to report that we were able to successfully support another company in implementing a smooth transition of business operations to the new investor.

During the project at the Lower Saxony textile retailer, the focus laid on the transfer of business operations into the hands of the new investor. Here, we supported the management in particular with regards to drafting contracts and determining key influencing factors. In this context, it was particularly important for us to satisfy all relevant stakeholders and thus to ensure a smooth handover. Thanks to the good cooperation will all shareholders, we were also able to satisfy creditors’ interests to a high degree.
