Successful strategic realignment and acquisition of new financing for a leading manufacturer and importer of fashion accessories

During the two years in which we accompanied the organization, we jointly mastered the challenges of the Corona crisis, among other things. Shortly after completing a strategy review to develop a stringent product, sales and corporate strategy, sales collapsed due to the imposed Corona measures of the German government. As a result, we advised the company on filing for bankruptcy. We succeeded in doing this without using the financing banks.

In view of the highly dynamic business environment caused by the crisis, the focus now lied on developing specific measures to increase gross profit and improve corporate management and control. We also pushed for a realignment of the corporate strategy, naturally taking into account the two lockdowns in March and November 2020.

Thanks to our efforts, we were able to obtain new funding and ensure the continued existence of the company.
